Our terms of service

Thaimassagerecruitment.com is a project of GMN sp. z.o.o. sp.k. in Poland. We have more than 15 years of experience in recruiting for the healthcare sector.

1. Thaimassagerecruitment.com will use its best endeavours to assist its clients in finding suitably qualified Thai massage therapists for their employment requirements.

2. Thaimassagerecruitment.com will use its best endeavours to organize the employment and visa application process in the smoothest possible way. However, Thaimassagerecruitment.com also relies on the co-operation of its clients around the world - above all in obtaining local work permits from their local authorities and processing the necessary paperwork in their local language.

3. Thaimassagerecruitment.com will use its best endeavours to process visa applications in the speediest possible ways. However, it will not be held responsible for any delays in the procedure, whatever the reason (e.g. bureaucratic obstacles, insufficient documentation submitted by massage therapist or employer etc.)

4. Thaimassagerecruitment.com will be not be responsible for any premature separation of employer and employee that happens before the regular end of the work contract whatever the reason may be. However, Thaimassagerecruitment.com will in such cases use its best endeavours to find a replacement candidate a.s.a.p. and to speed up the visa application procedure as much as possible.

5. Thaimassagerecruitment.com will not be responsible for any kind of misdemeanour on the side of employer or employee whatever the nature may be (e.g. disrespect of work contract, disrespect of workplace regulations, disrespect of local labour laws. etc.). However, Thaimassagerecruitment.com will in such cases try to get relevant information from both sides. It will then reserve the right to discontinue its co-operation with that particular employee or employer.

6. Clients are expected to adhere to high ethical standards. Clients mus understand that Thaimassagerecruitment.com will only recruit massage therapists skilled in Traditional Thai Massage. Clients are expected not to force, influende or incentivise the massage therapists in any way that would lead to offering erotic servcies. Thaimassagerecruitment.com reserves the right to end the co-operation if it is notified thath clients do this in some form or other. Also in such cases Thaimassagerecruitment.com reserves the right to notify labour authorities, visa authorities etc. of the case. Equally massage therapists recruited through Thaimassagerecruitment.com are expected not to offer any erotic services and decline demands or money offers from customers for such services. Again Thaimassagerecruitment.com reservces the right to end the co-operation with such persons and to notify various authorities if it is notified of such cases.

7. Thaimassagerecruitment.com expects all its invoices to be paid within 15 days. For overdue invoices a surcharge of 1 percent per month will be due.

8. Clients are expected to comply with all local labour laws.

9. Parties are expected to solve disputes through reasonable negotiation. In any other case Thaimassagerecruitment.com/GMN sp. z.o.o. sp.k.’s business residence in Poland will be place of Law .
